A2. Scope of supply 配置内容；
- one feeder for bolts loading; 一套螺栓自动上料机构；
- Automatic tighten station 自动拧紧工位
- 10 tighten spindles十套拧紧轴
- One index 一套举升机构
- One Roller C/V 一套物流输送线
- The tightening tool will be Bosch. The tightening parameters : D30Nm + 120°± 4° (To be
confirmed during SE)
- 拧紧轴采用BOSCH品牌，螺栓拧紧要求为力矩30Nm，角度120°± 4°（具体拧紧策略将在SE时候定）
- Configure HMI to monitor run down torque, number of rotations, bolt depth and presence.
- 配置HMI用于显示拧紧力矩，圈数，深度和螺栓位置。
- Tighten data are sent to IPC, and will be verified if the part is good or not.
- 拧紧数据记入工控机，判断拧紧是否合格
- One SEMENS IPC 677 used for correct press and tighten date and bid with part information,
the thread checking software are storage in this IPC this IPC
- 一套西门子677工业电脑用于保存压装和拧紧数据并和工件信息绑定，螺栓检测的软件也装在这台电脑上
A3.． Electrical system电气系统
The following control structure is foreseen: 使用如下的的控制结构
- 1 power cabinet, with air conditioner and lamp inside, containing power units, power supply
and circuit-breakers for the power units, stations and conveyors control containing:

ET 200PRO remote I/O for connection to machine sensors ;远程模块ET200PRO；
3 sets command pulpit with push button board and Siemens display unit TP1200.三套含TP1200触

HMI supply connector can connect with mobile HMI 操作面板带有接头可以和移动屏进行对接
Machine HMI will be in Chinese, and all labels will be in Chinese and English. 设备的控制面

- All manual movements will be performed with closed guards.设备只有防护网在关闭状态才能够手动
运行。

- The working range of all meters will be marked, such as pressure meter, temperature meter,
flow rate meter and etc.

- Red-yellow-green-blue 4-color stack light is equipped on the top of machine, in a position
easy for operator observation.

6．Fluidic system 流体系统
6.1. Pneumatic system 气控系统
- The fluidic system will be composed by pneumatic panels located by the station, utilizing
Festo equipment.
- 流体系统将由设在每个工位的气动面板组成，使用Festo产品。
- Using GM standard air supply
- 采用通用标准的气源处理；
- The air movement will be controlled by valves connected via profinet.
- 气动动作由带profinet模块的电磁阀控制；
- From valve terminals we will use flexible Rilsan hoses in raceways (where possible.
- 在可能的地方使用双电控中间保持的电磁阀。
- Some air actuators common to the same circuit (i.e. sealing devices of freeze cap holes on
the same side, oil jet sealing devices, etc. will be controlled by the same valve so their movements
will be contemporary.

- The Leak Test Air circuit foresees the use of hard plastic, special quality tube in order to
avoid tube extending during test.
