1.2 Process Description 流程描述
OP70 Cylinder block bearing cap assembly machine is an offline automatic type;
工位OP70缸体主轴承盖拧紧机为自动离线岛式。
- St. 1: the input conveyor is connected to the Main Line conveyor. The cylinder block is
automatically transferred into machine by a power frication conveyor oil pan face down rear end
leading.

第一工位:上料滚道用于连接主
物流输送线。缸体被动力摩擦滚道送入到设备中,缸体油底壳面朝下,后
端面朝前。
- St. 2 Using RFID read part TAG to got part information
- 工位二:RFID 获取芯片到达工件的信息。
- St.2 the robot pick up cylinder block from incoming conveyor release to rote table ,before
loading part , the last one already loading to outgoing conveyor.
- 机器人由来料辊道抓取缸体并释放在回转工作台上,在上料前已将完成压装的工件释放在出料辊道上。
- St.3 Robot and its gripper 机器人及机器人夹爪
- St.4 four station rotate table part loading/unloading station 四工位回转台上下料工位
- S t.5 MBC automatic press station 主轴承自动压装工位
- One gantry driven 5 gripper taken 5 MBC move to fitting station in parallel index lift part
and support part, two servo press unit in sequence force 5 sets MBC into CB
- 一套桁架机械手载着5套主轴承盖移动到压装工件进行压装,同时采用举升机构抬起工件并支撑住,两套
伺服压5套主轴承依次压人缸体
- St.6 Bolts automatic loading station
- 螺栓自动上下料工位;
- Feeder automatic loading bolts onto pick up position closed to Robot, Robot pick up bolts
then release onto MBC holes,once taken 2 bolts.
- 料斗自动将螺栓送至机器人取料点,机器人自动抓取螺栓并释放在主轴承螺栓孔内,一次取两颗螺栓。
- St.7 Bolts automatic tighten station 螺栓自动拧紧工位;
- Using 10 spindles in 1 step to finish 10 bolts tighten 采用十套拧紧轴分一步完成10颗螺栓的拧
紧
- St.8 MBC character marking and checking
- 主轴承盖打标和检测工位
- St.9 MBC loading station 主轴承自动上料工位
- Five chute used for driven MBC from loading position to Robot pick up position, the feeding
system with err-proof for orientation
- 五套料道输送系统将主轴承送至机器人抓取位置,自动上料机构有方向防反
- St. 10 The NG part will be transferred to the rejected conveyor by robot.
- 第十工位:不合格工件将直接通过机器人送到剔除辊道上。
- St.11 Repair bench 返修工作台
- St.12 The cylinder block is automatically transferred by power conveyor to the main stream.
- 第十二工位:缸体将被出料滚道送入到后继工位。
- St.13 re-working parts loading conveyor 返修件再次投料滚道
